More then once I've had coyote(s) come running in fast and from out of no place. My scope is set to over look long shooting lanes and after 15 minutes of calling I expect nada and then it happens...Here comes the charge at 15 yards from the left, the right or maybe right between you and your hunting partner! Damn... where did they come from and wow Coyotes can run really fast :signs1180lq: Well, this lil red dot should help me out this year and plus thanks to ShooterJohn and EHD I'm going to record the action. Looks...expensive. You wouldn't actually take all that fancy gear out hunting would you? ;)Just kidding, that looks like a sweet setup. Not only can you blast a coyote regardless of range, but have a picture to prove it!

I'd have that really nice looking weapon/optics/camera so banged up so fast I hate to think about it. I'd also need to bring a gunbearer to haul all that hardware. Oh I forgot I couldn't operate any of that fancy gear anyway. Nice looking rig, have fun with it.

Okay.......I think this is not such a bad idea. For a 17 Rem or a 204 it wouldn't be a bad setup. Using one of the new lightweight video cameras is makes better sense than the other scope cam that was posted. Where can this mount be purchased? I have a super lightweight scope light that clips on to a 1" scope tube. Having a camera mount that does the same thing could be a good thing.

An airgun person I know makes the mounts. He lives in Grass Valley.
