Since it's dove season I figured I'd post my favorite way to cook dove. stuff you need:Dove breast meat (taken off the bone)can of sliced jalepenosBacondry meat seasoning of your choice (fajita, carne asada, taco, etc.)olive oilwooden tooth pickstake the breast meat chunks and poke a hole thru them lengthwise with a knifeInsert a slice of jalepenobrush with olive oilsprinkle on seasoningwrap with about 1/2 to 3/4 a strip of baconPoke with a toothpick to keep it all togetherthrow 'em in the fridge for an hour or twoPut them on a cookie sheet and set the oven to Broilcook for about seven minuts roll them overcook for another three or four minuts.MMM MMM GOOD!!!!!
