Just got done ordering my new Rock River 24inch stainless steel upper from Pete at legal transfers. He said 6-8 weeks for delivery, nothing new same thing everyone else has heard. Thinking of possibly getting a 16inch used upper just to have fun with while i wait. Putting this on my vulcan arms lower and topping it off with a leupold.

I will be sure to put pics up as soon as I get my upper. I found Pete with legal transfers at AR-15.com, he had good reports and he had all the short stuff in stock and while reading on the AR page people have received their order from him and have been happy. Still might get a 16'' to have fun with while I wait on the big daddy. I'll have a lot of time to work up loads for the .243 while I wait, and I need to make room for the new AR in the safe, just have to sell my mini-14

Ahh, I guess they aren't in Sacramento with a 603 phone number...I just figured they were since you're in Sac too...that's what I get for assuming!

I did get the whole lower from River City in sac. I get to pick it up on monday cant wait.Ahh, I guess they aren't in Sacramento with a 603 phone number...I just figured they were since you're in Sac too...that's what I get for assuming!
