went out yesterday after noon . Got in one of my spots started calling and a big jack rabit apears down the row and just sits there. called some more ,looked down the row and the jack is still there . Im sitting there thing should I get him or not. I decide to shoot him I turned to get him and he's not there but theres a bush in the row now! thats not a bush its a coyote just standing there Bang :D I missed right over its back! no blood and I seen the bullet hit the dirt behind it was only about 70 yds out. Nuts. ;) took a shot later and its right on. Dog Fever
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Hunting with my partner and Mecca. Called in a coyote my partner shot and the yote started fliping and rolling. I fired a shot and missed,we all thought he was in his death roll. He stoped got up and ran away. I went to the spot where he was.Found his foot!My partner shot his back paw OFF!!!! Didn't mean to we felt bad the rest of the trip. :D

It's surprising how fast a coyote can run on three legs isn't it! :D

What a tough animal.Saw it run away before I found its foot.I wonder if a Bob Cat could take on a coyote.I heard from an wolf hunting out fitter in Canada that coyotes stay well away from wolves.

I got one with three legs only last year ,was missing one of the front ones. was a big old female and she was healthy and fat. the hides hanging on the wall. they are real tuff animals. I think if you get an old one you got your self a real trophy.
