and I dont put in a bullet button, is it safe to go hunting with?or will I get busted bigtime and have to hunt ambassadors of treasonous policy rather than food?

so in regards to building this sucker into a gun ...I can opt to have a detachable magazine but no pistol grips?and build it that way?its a romanian parts kit and I got a sheet metal "flat receiver" ...can i simply not install the pistol grips, would that work?im sure I can rig a way to not install them and still assemble itIf you build an "assault rifle' it's a felony.Try here; http://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.pdf

You can have a "detachable magazine" but NOT a "pistol grip".You can have a "non-detachable magazine" WITH a "pistol grip" but are limited to 10 rds max mag capacity and a minimum overall length of 30".You cannot build an "assault rifle", pay attention to definitions of all words.There are several "pinned" topics at the "AR-15 Forum" here at CPC.
