[LONGBOWJAY]

I have been shooting my longbow everyday for last 10 days. I have shot 40 arrows a day and I am readyfor the real deal. I have gotton lucky and have permission to shoot on a friends ranch in Gilroy. I killed a buck there last year and plan to do the same this year. Where are all you bowhunters going and are thereother longbow deer hunters here.

Well, I'm not in CA so you won't know where I'm hunting. I'll just say it's a small piece of land about 10 minutes from where I live. The same place I killed my turkey this past spring. It's pretty convenient. I get off work and be in the woods an hour or so later. There are white-tail and mule deer in there. I don't shoot a long bow and this will be my first time hunting archery. Hopefully I will bag my first deer ever...whether archery or rifle.
