I'm seeing that Smith & Wesson has both rifles and uppers in the Russian 5.45x39mm cartridge. 60grainers at 3,000fps.Does anyone have this chambering in their AR, or any experience or thoughts with the cartridge?

I don't know much about it except that you are still able to buy pretty cheap surplus ammo for it.
