Shoot-it, I'm pretty sure where you live you can hunt at night with a light but read the regulations before you go out and find out differently. Remember you still have to observe all other regulations about being far enough from a road and buildings too. Some areas restrict or deny using lights at night. Since it can be a touchy thing to do know the regulations that pertain to you and carry a copy of them with you. That way if a Sheriffs Deputy stops you, it is easy to show them politely you are allowed to do what you are doing.I didnt know it was legal too shoot them at night tell i found this forum.
