Black Hills would be the only place I would say buy reloads from.

Ditto what John said. Black Hills 223 & 7.62. Match grade or otherwise. Good stuff. Lotsa the sacramento tactical shooters use it out to 1000 yds. Scott

Good stuff all I used before reloading.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

I've had good accuracy with 223 Black Hills remanufactured ammo. They just started selling 40gr V-max in 223 if you're interested. Also, Ultramax is equally accurate in my 223. Both the 52gr HP and the 40gr NBT shoot very well. All three of those bullets average about 1/2" three shot groups at 100 yards in my NEF rifle. I ordered 200 rounds of 223 ammo from Wisconsin Cartridge a while back. A large percentage of the cases had major dings and dents in them, around 30% of them. I sent them back for a refund without shooting any.
