I was out at the ranch today and caught an odd pic. It looks like a wild turkey but I can't imagine one comeing this far into the valley. My cousin thinks she made her way in by following the river which is just a couple miles from the ranch. She ducks for cover as soon as she spots anybody and the chickens follow her around like she's the big mamma chicken.

You mean you dont normally have turkeys there?? Well perhaps its from someones farm? I raise turkeys and I sell and trade lots of eggs all the time.. Could just be someone is raising some near you..

DFG Planted turkeys along the rivers in the valley years ago, there are still a few around,,,300wsm
