.........I here that the new winchester will out cycle a benelli 2 to 1.

It's also supposed to be the most reliable gas opertated system yet. The same bolt/carrier is used in the browning silver. I also like that they use a real piston ring (like the ones in an engine) on the gas piston instead of an o-ring. I'm really curious to hear the reports on how the new winchester/browning design holds up in argentina.
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!

Real tractors have two cylinders and hand clutches.

My rifle is mine, it isn't for sale, and I only give guns to people that I really like.

I am stoked... just bought the new Benelli! Best thing was that my wife was cool with it! We just had our 10 year anniversary and she wanted to know what to get me. I always get her nice stuff, jewels, but what do guys want? GUNS! I told her the only "cool" thing she could get me that I would always keep, remember and enjoy would be a new gun, but not just any gun but a fine gun worthy to be passed down to my son one day. She liked the idea and told me to go for it. :smiley-funny-post-sign: So, after talking with the dealer I use and seeing his price I shopped the net. I guess Benelli has a $40k min and only sells direct to dealers. (who can meet the $40k min!) So he was having trouble getting me a great deal, as he was having to buy from a dealer himself. So I found one on gunbroker that was a great deal. I paid $1355 plus $30 to ship. My dealer only charges $5 to do the paperwork and because I got it out of state there is no sales tax. So with the dros and everything it will be $1415 out the door. Not too bad for a gun with a retail price of $1690 (plus tax, fees, etc) I can't wait! I ended up getting the Super Black Eagle II, 28 inch barrel in Max-4 camo. (12 ga, comfort tech stock, etc, model 10101)I went with the longer barrel so I can still use it for other shooting, clay or duck, etc. I was going with the 26 but I figured the 2 inches can't be too much of a problem for yotes. I am sure all the ones I recently failed to take shots on (because they came in too close, too fast) would be in puppy heaven whether I had the 26 or the 28. The extra 2 inch might be more help in a duck blind though. Anyway, I am stoked! Thanks for all the help! I was very close to getting a Rem 11-87 in camo, found a great deal on one if anyone is looking- $650 shipped for a brand new one! I opted for the Benelli because of their reputation and all I read about them and because my wife was fine with me spending the extra money. But the deal on the Remington is sweet.

You'll be happy with it. My favorite 12ga is a cheap Benelli Super Nova. Don't know why I like it so much as I think it is kinda ugly, but it is light and just has that right 'feel' to it.
