I picked up my new shotgun today. It's a 26" Browning Silver Hunter. I can't wait to get this baby under some crows!Posted Image

That's a gorgeous gun, but I thought the barrel was supposed to be silver too? Is it blued or is it just the lighting in the pic?

Is this one a 10 gauge also or did you wimp out and go for a 12? Good looking gun.

Thanks guys. The barrel is supposed to be blued Wes. A silver barrel would be a cool option to offer though. Sorry Lynn, I can't afford to feed another ten gauge so you'll still be getting my empties in small single shot lots.

Look a little closer lilwes. That barrel looks blued to me from the website. Look at the color where the barrel starts. It is clearly blued. Click on the gun and it will enlarge the pic.

Ok, after clicking on it and viewing the larger image, I can see it's blued. But in the small picture you can't tell me it doesn't look like a silver barrel! Now that I know it comes with a blued barrel, I think it's ugly. I hate it. I can't believe you wasted your money on that! :smiley-sorry: Seriously though, you can get rifles & pistols in full stainless, why not a shotgun?

Oh well, I like it. It was either that, camo, or black. Couldn't afford the camo and I can't stand the looks of an all black gun. Browning and ruger make some stainless over/under shotguns.
