Here is what I'm doing:Receiver is a VZ-24 I drilled and Tapped for Lupy Mounts. To be Reblued with Oxpho cold Blue.Bolt is a Reforged Mil-Mauser.Barrel is an A&B .243 Short Chamber F-34 contour in the white 1:10 TwistThis will stay in the White, I like the look
Stock is a Corelite Black Synthetic, that I will Acuglass.Trigger will be Bold OptimaGlass to be determinedWell I just finished Finish Reaming my .243 It took alot longer than I expected but was easy to do
I had to cut .068
I did not use head space gauges, I used loaded Cartridges
( Yes the Firing pin was removed )
I wanted a tight chamber, not a one size fits all.I used Federal and Winchester 100gr. SPI already Handlapped the barrel prior to finish reaming. Now I will Flitz the Chamber and then onto the next part of the project Pics to Follow

Sterling, it sounds like the plan is coming together. You should have yourself a nice rifle when you're finished.
