Well if you guys remember i posted about applying for the dfg free hunts.. well in the mail today was a letter from them, i forgot all about the applications i sent in till i saw, " Congratulations, you have been selected to participate in the game Bird Heritage FAMILY Pheasant Hunt in PEACE VALLEY." i was shocked i didn't think i'd win.. i know a couple of you wanted to be my partner on the app but i had already sent it in.. i heard that they allow walk on's if there is still an opening.. do u think if i make a call i can add someone if there is room? if there is would anyone be willing take a couple of roosters with me? the hunt is on dec. 2nd, pre-hunt registration is at 630am and the hunt starts at 8.. let me know if not im going to be going solo to a family hunt.. If you dont get any takers then my son and I might take you up. Let us know what they say about add-on hunters. Of course if other folks here already expressed interest we'll understand they have "first dibs"
