Just made some grouse, my first. I got it during bow season. Dredged it in seasoned flour and browned it in olive oil. Then I added some Sam Adams, garlic and crushed juniper berries. I then threw it in the oven at 350 for about 20 to 30 minutes until the internal temp was right for poultry. I think it was the best bird I have had.

Seems like most of the time I don't shoot them, because they aren't in season or I'm deer hunting.
