HELLO.... MY NAME IS TIM AND THIS IS MY FIRST TIME HERE. I HAVE BEEN READING ALOT OF THE DIFFERENT POSTS AND HAVE ENJOYED ALL OF THE STORIES AND PHOTOS. YOU ALL ARE VERY KNOWLEDGABLE IN THE SHOOTING AND HUNTING FIELDS. I LOOK FORWARD TO READING MORE OF YOUR STORIES AND SHARING SOME OF MINE. I JUST MOVED TO MODESTO FROM FRESNO AND HAVE HUNTED D-7 FOR A LONG TIME. SINCE I MOVED TO MODESTO I DECIDED TO GET A D-6 TAG(CLOSER TO HOME). I HAVE FOUND A FEW SPOTS TO GO UP HERE BUT NOTHING REALLY PROMISING. ANY TIPS ON PLACES TO GO WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. NOT LOOKING FOR ANY HONEY HOLES JUST A GENERAL IDEA. MY WORK SCHEDULE DOESNT ALLOW FOR AS MUCH FIELD TIME AS I'D LIKE SO MUCH OF MY SCOUTING HAS BEEN THROUGH ONLINE MAPS. THOUGH I HAVE BEEN TO HULL CREEK, HERRING CREEK, LONG BARN AND ARNOT CREEK. THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP WHATSOEVER.

Hey wecome aboard. Can't help you with areas to hunt as I am much further north, in Yuba City as you can see. However I can say we welcome you and look forward to any stories you may be willinig to share. We always love good stories. And pictures. We love pictures. Lots of them. And oh yea, one last thing. Try and find that Cap Lock Key on your keyboard and disable it. Makes it much easier to read a post when you aren't shouting at us. :good:

Welcome aboard! I resemble Braz's comments with the :good: stories...as do many others...LOL...good luck in D6 this year -- what waas forecasted to be a very good year hunting (imagine that in California) for deer has turned into something more challenging. However, we all still love the thrill of the hunt and just plain getting outdoors...and any day in the woods is a GREAT day!

Welcome aboard. Same here... haven't filled my A-zone tag either. The fire really put a damper on our hunting this year. I hope we won't have that problem in D-14.

BuckFever.Welcome to CPC. Always good to have new members. You don't happen to have any 17 caliber rifles or pistols in your arsenal, do you? Just thought I'd ask. You're always welcome to contribute some carnage asada to the potluck. :signlol2iu: Again, welcome to CPC.
