I hunt in a 9-volt or less area in CA. What type of light can i use? Is a spotlight with 6-volt, belt-mounted battery legal? Am i correct in my understanding that the light cannot be mounted to the rifle?Thanks,Adam

First of all welcome to the forum Adam. Yes a six volt belt pack light is legal. Those are about all you can find that fit Fish and Games criteria for a 9 volt or less light. It's a stupid law but what can we do.
