Anyone going for dove Saturday?

Just wondering if anyone is going out opening day for dove. If you do, bring the camera. We like to see dead birds too.

Nope if it not too HOT I plan on going for some yotes and scout for deer.

I'll be in Idaho but the Colorado River has tons of birds! I was just there and went my dove spots and they are in great numbers. In fact they are allowing 25 white wings, the morning doves are still at 10 . I was bummed, I never miss an opener for dove.

If anyone is going to be in the area (IV) Friday or Saturday night stop by the Calpatria Inn "Party at the Pink" late afternoon for some vittles and a cold drink. The party is located at the pool area. This year should be packed w/ kids so if you have any Jr.s in you're crew, bring them along. We have been putting this on for years and it's a lot of fun.I'll take a bunch of pictures and post them up next week.

I don't know if I would shoot 25 white wings as CA has a limit of 10 Dove in any combination of Mourning, White Wing, or Eurasian Collared and AZ has a limit of 10 White and or Mourning Dove with no more than 6 of the 10 being White Wing Dove.
