I just got an e-mail from my brother a few hours ago as he was heading off to bed. He worked a night shift last night and went turkey hunting when he got home. I don't have any details yet, but here are the pics.

SBFLooks like a nice sized tom. Is that his turkey dog behind him?

Very much! I'd get to do a whole lot more hunting back there.

Is that his turkey dog behind him?

Nope. That's his wifes dog that likes to help exercise the deer and turkey on the property from time to time. :roflmao3[1]:

We can see groups of 300 or more of them in the winter out in the big fields where the row crops have been taken out. It's amazing to see. Missouri has more turkey than any of the 50 states, by the way.

I guess I'll be stopping by for a visit once you get back home. :roflmao3[1]:

Be glad to have you out! We've got a ton of deer, too.

Thanks for sharing the pictures...it's been 2 weekends since I last went out and I know the seaon is nearing the end...I feel like I'm getting DTs just itching to go out, but it's been colder than normal and I don't think the Toms will be moving much.
