I tan them out and make suff out of them or hang them on the wall . keep the sculls of the bigger ons.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

It is unfortunate that under the cricumstances I can't seem to give them away and I can't be working them where I am at here in Carson City. So they just are left to lay, it's ashame as I generally kill quite a few of them over the course of a winter.....Walt

Steve, I would if I could, but, I'd sell them instead of give them away. And you don't salt green hides for market. While I work in and around Reno area Linda and I stay in a travel trailer in Carson City at a ,DUH, RV park. So you see that I really can't be messing with hides. Where would I put my fleshing beam. and no warm dry place to dry the hides on my stretchers, and washing the hides in the laundry mat would prove interesting to say the least. And the trapper/ guide I used to give them to only got 16 dollars average over all on the last batch he sold so he wont spend the time to put up prime fur from coyotes til the market picks up and that I am afraid won't happen anytime too soon. I have offered cased out hides to a number of people around here to have tanned but nobody wants to go through the hassle. So, like Uncle Jay says "I wait til the fur is prime before I leave them lay." It really is too bad because I have left a LOT of coyotes out there to feed the other vermin since October. Not to mention what I shoot throughout the year...WaltWalt,If you skin'em, flesh'em, salt'em, strech'em, and dry'em I'll take them off your hands.
