Although I didn't have any success on my Missouri hunt my brother and father both filled tags. Here is a pictue of the two dad took the same morning from the same stand. He took the buck, reloaded, and then took the doe!Posted Image

That's great Heath! ;) Too bad you missed out on the action. But hey, you'll get them next time.

real nice deer
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Yea, dad's got a couple of nice bucks out of that same area the last few years. I always just shake my head when he shoots another one because the man just doesn't understand the meaning of "quiet"

SBF, nice animals. My wife's family has invited me to visit with them in Columbia - maybe next year with a planned hunt involved.

All gone by now. I think between the different deer seasons there in MO my dad and brother put 6 or 7 legal deer on the ground. We can get as many antler less deer tags as we care to pay for there. Mostly we shoot does for the meat, the big 'ol bucks are good for much more than summer sausage.
