Arise,What do you do with all that meat? Do you use a "Hunter's for the Hungry program" or do have a garage filled with commercial size freezers?S&S

We all ended up w/ about 30 breasts each. I just threw them in my extra freezer in the garage. As most of you know, Snow Geese is a very rich meat. I have 3 breasts brining in salt water right now. I brine them for 2 days (changing out the salt water every 8 hours). You can cook it anyway you cook red meat. I love to butterfly the breasts, fill it w/ sliced fresh Jalipinos, batter it w/ flower and crushed red pepper and fry it in extra virgin. I understand that the jerkey is outstanding as well.BTW - I really like the upgrade to the site. :653:
