Here is one of the six dogs we got this last weekend down in Yuma.
This is my friend Preston with a dog he took with my 223 Winchester.
This dog ran right past his son and was going to fast to even shoot at.!
I was doing the calling hopeing to call a dog for his son to shoot.
I use a Jack rabbit call along with a mouth squeeker, it sounds like pups with a rabbit. I start with squeeks incase there is somthing close.
One stand I started mouth squeeking and had a dog within 15 seconds or so. We did not get a picture of it because it was a long walk back to the truck.
I am surprized at the number of coyote in this area, others tell me they have had little luck this year in central Arizona.

Well happy hunting and be safe out there.

Very nice, and Congrats on a great hunt. 6 dogs is very good indeed. :good:

Yep, mouse squeakers is another good sound that works. One I use is a hand held bulb. Oh, and may want to have a camera & cell phone with you on stand, with the cell phone turned off, not vibrate. Cell phone is handy as a camera in case the regular camera has dead batteries or doesn't work. Not that has ever happened to me of course. :doh[1]:

Anyway, :signs1180lq:

Way to go.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Rifle and yote look tiny, but that scope looks like it would give you a good look at Jupiter's moons.
