I took my deer and antelope to Lockeford meats to have bratwurst and salami/summer sausage made. Great decision the brats are excellent cold or hot and love the salami. Dropped of 55 pounds picked up 85!
Also if any of you are passing through Carson City hit the villa basque deli! Best chorizo ever I spent $100 and wish I bought more! They even have chorizo tamales

This isn't your standard Mexican melts in the pan stuff. This basque and excellent. As for the tamales I will give a full report once I tap into them.

I LOVE Lockeford Meat CO!!! I always stop on my way thru, usually pick up a couple brats and some jerky.
