A 380 backup to be precise! I was out shooting on the ranch and saw this little Guy hunkered down. Just for fun I pulled out my P238 & took a shot, he crumpled where he was. Stepped off the distance, 35 yards. Couldn't believe I made the shot, but I'd rather be lucky than good any day! We then went back to shooting my varminters, we were shooting cans at 200 yards. Just thought I'd share.

Nice going. I hope the bad guys read this post and take heed. If you can kill a wabbit at 35 yards with that little 380, you certainly can do some damage to a bad guy.

When I bought this Sig I wasn't expecting much, what with the 2.3" barrel and all. But once I shot it for the first time I was totally amazed! I know Sig makes a fine gun, but this mini 1911 is ridiculous! It's way more accurate than I can shoot. Everyone thinks it's "cute" until they shoot a group with it, then they want one. One of the best purchases I've made.

That gun is pretty cool. Nice shot.
Brush rabbits are good too. I have 6 or 7 cottontails/brush rabbits in my fridge right now. The meat is much lighter and it truly does taste and have the texture just like chicken! Probably eat some tonite.

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Thanx everyone! We have a lot of fun shooting, and are always trying to push eachother to get better.

Good shot . I remember having similar fun hunting with some 750 fps semiwadcutter 45 acp loads in my Gold Cup. We were shooting at extended distances out past 100 yds. The longest kill was a jack out at 200. Fun stuff
It's not about how many, it's about how.

Dude, nice! We mix it up, pistols, shotguns, rifles, whatever. They have a ton of rabbits so we get a lot of practice. Last couple trips we've been shooting the plates at 100 yards with our various pistols. Like I said, we have a lot of fun, and a friendly competition where we push eachother to get better. It's really nice to have good people to shoot with.
