I posted some months ago re my AR6....since,it developed a slow leak and would empty out in three days. Two of us sent both our rifles to Will Piate for resealing and the bonus was he also fit a foster fitting which is standard on all of my PCPS.

Spent some time shooting various pellets at 40 yards including Kodiak 21 gr and the best were the JSB 15.9 Gr for accuracy. Below are two target samples using JSB 15.9 and 18.1 gr...

JSB 18.1 (below)....the head size is smaller than the 15.9 which explains the group spread.

That group with the JSB 15.9's looks pretty good.

Nice looking AR6 too.

That group with the JSB 15.9's looks pretty good. Nice looking AR6 too.

Pellet head size can make a big difference....the JSB 15.9 head is .217" and the JSB 18.1 is .214"....

Don't I know it

. I've found that the 5.53 Diameter H&N Field Target Trophy pellets work best in my Marauder Pistol Carbines. Any other head size and the groups open up a bit more. It is a good thing you had plenty of pellets to test in that air rifle.
