Called all morning friday no takers. Gave up and started chassing the fuzzies . Was too cold or somthing hardly any was out. Went after the bunnies kinda late in the day. Was waliking along a dry ditch and got two bunnies . Walking back To the truck While looking in the ditch I see a coyote snooping in some weeds right below me. Ducked down and switched to a broadhead . Peeped up and it was gone ?. Looked up across the ditch and it was standing on the other side not quite out of the ditch looking at, me but I don't think it realy saw me..It took a couple of steps back down and stood there looking into the ditch. Took the shot It jumped and ran out and into some cherries. Piled up mayby sixty yards out.In between the shoulders and out just below the sternom. Found the arrow in the cherries on the way to the coyote. They are getting hard to get in now. They show up just to circle out there at 60- 150 yards or more.

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

I have no trouble getting them that far but hitting any thing or finding them in some orchard might be a little hard. :P
