Couldnt get it right today. First stand things were going good then had a big wind switch. A coyote was coming, but stood out about 400 yds and warning barked. Second stand, parked the truck out of sight and started calling only to have a coyote sneak past my pickup. It would have worked out except i had my coyote hound in the back of the truck. You know the rest of the story.

I went out for 1 stand close to home, as I'm trying to get some work done around the house before the rain comes in. Had a fox come in, less than 2 minutes of high pitched cottontail on the Preymaster 3. Let it play for 25 minutes hoping to call in a cat. Nothing else. Don't fox know they're not in season yet.

They sure do, that's why you saw one today, once the season opens, they're nowhere to be found.

You will get them next time.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

They also know that you can't shoot them if they respond to an electronic call.
