Try this link to some data. The one 180 load with H4831 was noted as accurate.

Here's the picture of the bullet taken from an A-Zone deer taken at a distance of 200 yards. The bullet entered the chest cavity and the bullet recovered at the ham in a classic mushroom.

Some bullet will exhibit stability even in the transonic region of it's flight. The only way to find out is shoot it and see what happens.Hitting a target below the speed of sound is still viable for plinking.
