Let me get this straight,
If they don't have water, not shooting ducks
on time will help bring more water?
I just don't understand.

You need the water to attract the ducks. Once they can get enough water to flood the area, then it becomes huntable. The unit I hunt gets late water every year. It sucks but that's just how it is.
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!

Real tractors have two cylinders and hand clutches.

My rifle is mine, it isn't for sale, and I only give guns to people that I really like.

Lot's of years they postpone the season in the North Valley if the rice is late to harvest. They don't want the ducks out on the rice before they can harvest. I know when they've done that the hunting down in the Grasslands is impacted.
