Spend spend the weekend around monache meadows for the X10 opener. The deer were pretty scares around the lower elevations, so I hiked my butt up to the 9000'+ range and found lots of does. Carious if anyone had some success. I heard 4 shots off in the distance during the duration of the weekend so I'm assuming someone had some success. Post your pic and let's here your stories.

Hunted G38 last year, its a difficult hunt but the bucks are there. My hunting partner and i both scored towards the end of the season. Keep at it. Might be heading that way in pursuit of bear again. Good luck.
