Got a little lazy and just did another spatchcocked chicken. I put garlic, salt, rosemary, sage and pepper under an on the skin. Came out awesome.

If I hadn't seen your previous, awesomely cooked chickens, i'd swear you had some El Pollo Loco on that plate trying to fool us! LOL That chickee looks mighty tasty! Thanks for sharing :good:

Looks real good .

You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.
