Got a little lazy and just did another spatchcocked chicken. I put garlic, salt, rosemary, sage and pepper under an on the skin. Came out awesome.

If I hadn't seen your previous, awesomely cooked chickens, i'd swear you had some El Pollo Loco on that plate trying to fool us! LOL That chickee looks mighty tasty! Thanks for sharing
