Went out on a private boat on Sunday out of HMB around 6 am. A little foggy at first then cleared up, swells slowy got rough but fishable. Ended up 50 miles out with 30 nice grade Albacore to the boat, we had to work for it, no wide open bite. I gaffed my first Tuna with a headshot. Trolled back in, had a some slight engine issues so came in slow, by dark we were at the slip. CG wanted us to check in with them when we got back, one of the wives was concerned and a friend of mine as well but we came in safe. Tired and still sore from such a great day out!
I went out thinking I wasn't going to get "that" wet, so I was wearing jeans and a jacket. Now after a wet and cold trip I know I am going to buy some rubber boots, and bib
