Hope that they catch the scumbags that are doing this very soon. When they do I hope that they get a super heavy penalty, but it is usually not stif enough. Put honey on them and use as a bear feeder.

Yeah - that is why they did that announcement. 370 wardens of all ranks (so many desk ones as well in there) for the entire state is spread VERY thin.
