I have a HUGE Jar of middle Eastern Pickles & want to segregate them in more managable containers .

Can I put as many pickles as I can into the Jar , pour in brine (room temp ) & boil to seal ?

Or do I need to heat up / warm up the pickles & brine ?

You should be able to just put the pickles in with brine and boil to seal. Take a look at some of the canning websites online as they have a ton of info and will tell you how long to boil them for.
