Getting Ready To Do A Bunch Of Peppers.

In a week or two I will be doing my tobasco peppers into a home made hot sauce.

I just got done canning them I managed a total of 17 pints of peppers and 3 quarts of peppers. I managed to get 6 pints of the hot mix veggies and 2 quarts. I dont always like my stuff in quarts takes to long to eat up. I will post some pics of the finished product tomorrow after its all cooled down.

I have 38 pepper plants well 37 now I lost one Santa fe they sure are taking their sweet time this year. Bell peppers just satrted coming on good last week. Wax peppers should start really producing now. And it looks like late September for ripe habaneros
I just need more time to put all this stuff up. Round two of the plums are coming on now so I need more jam

I get my plants local and some from burpee seeds.
