The one week I am going to be gone and the seas are flat to go and get some Salmon and Albies.
I hope the Albies and the seas hold out for me to get back to Cali to get some fish on.....

Thanks SJ I really appreciate it. I got it all vac. packed and done yesterday. We went out today poking around here close to home and put one nice 12# Halibut in the box and lost a really nice one to a cut leader. Those butts got some teeth. Hopefully next week we will get another weather window for the tuna. Cheers DaleI added your picture Dale, that's a nice fish. You guys had a great day on a super ocean.

Yea I used to belong to Coastside but when they made it a pay to play deal I didn't stay there. Great group of guys but have found more local forums that are more in tune with the local Monterey Bay fish scene.Good job BF,

He turned me on to some huge filets, so my step son and I broke out the soy, and wasabi.
That was some good eating.
