The Vermont Fish & Wildlife Department say the largest bobcat came from Maine. http://www.vtfishand...e_furbearer.cfm
The heaviest recorded bobcat was taken in Maine and weighed 76 pounds.

Freebie for those interested. There is a cat that size in the area of Angeles Shooting Range. I saw him above the range on the road carrying a small rabbit. He was trying to cross the road and bumped into my car. He was okay. But apparently that is his range. Good luck!
