At around the first of the year I e-mailed Nosler asking them when their 243 cal 55 gr BT lead free bullet would be available. They replied back saying mid-June 2012.

So last week I asked them again if these lead free bullets would still be out in mid-June. I got a reply from them yesterday.

Nosler said "they are in production and shipping to distributors".

So keep your eyes open if you want to reload a 243 cal lead free bullet for coyotes that is not made by Barnes.

Midway USA is supposed to e-mail me when they get them in stock. I will post it on CPC when I see that somebody has them in stock.

Thanks for the heads up. I may have to try them, but I got lucky my girl really loved the 80gr Hornady GMX from the start.

I don't shoot lead free, but I would like to have some on hand,
Just incase things change.
And like you said, they must be Barnes free.
