I need to replace the Magazine spring in my mossberg Maverick 88 12 ga, anyone got a better brand to use over the factory model. miday way has this for only $3.99,

I like the stainless mag springs from SRM Performance.
Sharps, the rifle that made the west safe for Winchester!

Check out the wolf kits on ebay they come with a new follower for 19.00.

get a better / higer quality of spring if you keep it loaded ( mag , 4 or 6 rds ) . One that can take the constant compression .
Where i worked we had 2/3 Moosebergs on stand by if needed & they had been there for years . With 4 in the Mag , empty chamber . One day I got bored & checked the guns for function & The 1st rd came out but the other 3 sloshed in the mag tube . Had to point the muzzle up to get the other rds out .
Would have sucked to have found that out in a firefight .
