I'm hunting oroville wildlife area this saturday wondering if anybody has any information on the place never been there before are there many turkey there?

There are turkeys there, all around the area in fact, but they're being tricksters this year. Sit tight and work them in. I went out near there the other day had a lot of hens clucking about, but no gobblers. Also, there are so many people out and about this year, more than I remember in previous years. So if you get a chance, try to scout the area a bit and make sure it's not heavily traveled. Good luck!

I was drawn in the dfg lottery does that even make a difference? I thought that they didnt let hunting unless it was on the lottery days for people that were drawn?
