Picked up a Bipod for the 30:06, I heard mixed reviews about the use of them, but so far I like it. I choose the 13" to 26" model, I usually set up from a sitting position and that makes for a perfect height. I does add about a pound to the rifle, so it sits different when you sling it over your shoulder. TonyD
