If you saw my posts last spring, you saw I found a place with tons of jacks. I went later in the summer and now this winter and have seen none. Where do they go? Die off from the heat and dry summer/winter?
Where do they go in the summer/winter?

They are still there . They just do not move around as much. Few more weeks and they will be going nuts rutting. Best time to call them in.
You can hop but you can't hide. Yahi Bowmen. Its not how far you can shoot but how close to the game you get when you shoot. Sights we don't need any sights. Why waist time reloading when I can be making arrows.

Everyone knows you call a rutting rabbit in with a rabbit in heat call.

Dave I've always found that live bunny decoys work better. This is what I take with me when I go cotton tail hunting.
