Possum is good eatin' if cooked right. I just made this batch up recently. The only thing you have to be careful of is to skim off the grayish fat. But since the greasy fat boils to the top and sticks to the sides of the frying pan, it's easy to do. It does have an odor. looks grotey....but is tasty when drunk or high. I would imagine coyote would be good eatin' as well...mange or not if properly prepared.
