Nice piture.I have spotted Tule Elk at San Luis Res, East Park Res and on a country road by the Hwy 680 ridge line.When I first saw them off of Hwy 680 I had to stop and back up because I didn't beleive my own eyes.

Great picture! It's nice to see a nice sized herd of Tule Elk roaming around. Thanks for sharing. :lol:

Beautiful pic. I have always loved elk. The only word that comes to mind when I see them is "majestic". I have been known to spend hours on end just glassing and listening to them call when I see them in the Owens Valley.

Those are truly amazing pics. I love Elk. Hard to imagine they are soo close. Would be something to see that sight in person.
