Nice paint job Casey! Did your painter cover it with some anti-scratch, chip resitant coating? I'd hate to see that flaking off and ruining that awesome job!

Yes there is a scratch coat on there! and I am super pleased with the paint job. great christmas present. But i totally forgot about my new bipod! SNIPEPOD. I have the thirty incher i'm 6'1. and the 27" harris just doesn't do it in the sitting position. So i figured i'd give you a little review. first off it weighs less than half what a harris bipod weighs. and the attachment(if you don't leave on all the time) takes about a whole three seconds to attach. i personally prefer so far to keep attach while i'm hiking into a spot and quickly attach it when i get there. the stability is great you can swivel just like the harris but you can also swing right, left up and down and at angles with the snipe pod. the bottom line. if you are in the sitting position in your stand (which 95percent) of my stands are you will love the snipe pod! best of luck to all you. i know coyote contest season is here! my first one is this weekend. good luck boys!

Hey Casey, remember to watch out for "you know what" in the area. OR7. I heard at work the other day he's around Lassen County somewhere. Be careful, and good luck.
