Just wondering, all of you shooting the Marlin 795 22lr, how many spare clips do you have, shot so many rounds last time, my thumb was sore. The best price I found on line is Cheaperthendirt.com with Midway coming in second.TonyD

I have 3 mags for mine. I hardly ever get to shoot it cuz my daughter is always shooting it. She shoots anywhere from 200-400rds when we go to the range.

My favorite short range squirrel gun is a Marlin 25. The largest mags made for it are 7 rds. So I keep at least 4 mags at hand. When the squirrels are up I have enough loaded and when they are down in there holes I reload. Thats the only thing I dislike about the Marlins , 7 rd mags., DR
