Just got off the phone with primos cause of a problem with my powerdog their service was excellent and are upgrading me too a turbodog sight unseen thanked me for my business and told me to send in my old one so they could see what went wrong! I wasn't expecting that and feel sort of ashamed, but I wanted to tell everyone what a great company they are
