Hey guysI'm heading out this morning and figured I'd get this going. Hopefully I'll update this around 10am with some pictures of my quarry, if not I'll be asking you guys for some help cause it'll be 5 trips out with nothing to show but some good hiking! (is that normal, do I have crap luck, or am I just terrible?)
Goin out this mornin

Nadda. Was a good hike though and I found out what the pattern is like at about 40 yards with the mossberg 500

If you are going to the same place every time try going somewhere else.

Thanks Jawbreaker. Yeah I'm looking for new spots every time I go out. The only time I ever had awesome luck was in Carrizo in July (it was also 100-110 degrees ><) and there were bunnies everywhere. They must have been doing it like..well..bunnies.

I haven't had too much success either lately. Everything seems to be hunkered down in the colder weather. I hope you find a spot with a target rich environment soon. I totally understand how it can get a little disheartening to wall around for hours without seeing anything. It's like "Were is everyone!". At least you got out of the house and got some good exercise and enjoyed the outdoors. At least that's something.

I haven't seen many bunnies at carrizo. I was there a couple of weeks ago but it was long walks with little game. I even got my car stuck in the mud
. It seems when it is windy, all the game stays indoors and watches TV.

Hey True, I was at Carrizo about 3 weeks ago right before that massive rain storm and I didn't see any bunnies whatsoever, we were going to stay the night again but my wife wanted to go home so we drove home and on the way home the 133 (I think thats the road?) was LINED with bunnies just staring at me like "hahaha eat it bish"....><
