Sorry,"Ike", you need to check the accuracy of stuff you post here. I live in Orange County, CA and I have bought ammo from plenty of online suppliers plenty of times.

From my understating, the judge in Modesto overruled from banning to receive out of state ammo. I order ammo from cheaperthandirt.com all the time.

There are cities like Sacramento City that restrict any ammo that can be used in a pistol. Though I live in the county the mail order companies refuse to ship to my address.
